Scattered Confetti: A Good Mix of "Shine" to Start the New Year: a Card, a Layout and a Mini-Album!

I thought I would kick off the new year with some more "Shine" projects. The gray and rainy weather outside is kinda depressing so here's a little bit of colour to brighten your day!
I made this layout for the monthly sketch challenge in the Scrapbook Werkstatt Sketch Section. The sketch this time came from the lovely Ulli. Even though I already made seven cards with this collection, I can't seem to stop :D The colours and patterns in it just mix so well, you can't do anything wrong with any of them!
And last but not least, I made another tiny mini album. For this one I used only two sheets of patterned paper: Sweet Life, the one with the calendar pages on it and Bright, the one with the journaling cards. Therefore the size of the album is 3x4".
The mini itself was done in about 15-20 minutes. I just cut up the Sweet Life paper into the monthly cards, punched a hole in them, put a binding ring through it and then added some journaling cards, die cuts and stickers.
My plan for this mini is to fill it with random favourite photos from each month in this coming year. This will be a fun project that doesn't require much time and effort since I only have to get the photos printed and then pop them into the album.
